Breathe

When finding ourselves in curtain situations, especially if those situations are situations we DO NOT want to deal with, it can start to feel as if Life is attacking from around.


When these moments arise, it is important that YOU BREATHE!

Take a few DEEP breaths in and for a few moments, allow yourself the freedom of thought, caring for others, or whatever is going on in the moment.


Just FOCUS on the BREATH and after a few personal moments of getting yourself centered, YOU will start noticing a calmness in the Mind, Body & Feeling System.


I cannot express the peace that I have personally experience when taking a few moments to consciously choose to breath deeply and allow everything to be come calm.


You are the most IMPORTANT person in your life. It is okay to allow yourself to BREATHE!
